Sailing in Cumbria
The glacial tarn at Talkin is only a few minutes from our Cumbrian hotel. Visitors can enjoy sailing instruction, hire rowing, sailing and model boats, or bring their own boats to enjoy the picturesque waters. The leafy, wooded canopies around the shoreline give way to splendid views of the North Pennines making it a rewarding and enchanting place for a day's sailing.
