- Pan fried king scallops cooked with sautéed chorizo sausage served with crispy salad leaves

- Local Geltsdale venison pan fried served on a crispy crouton topped with wild mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter with a Madeira jus

- Homemade smooth chicken liver pate served with a homemade fruity Cumberland sauce, salad garnish and warm toast
Mains
- Goat‘s cheese pitivier
- Red onion marmalade and goats cheese encased in puff pastry served on a vegetable fritter with tomato jam
- Fresh fillet of red snapper
- Pan fried fillet of red snapper and king scallops served on a crab cake with fresh asparagus and champagne sauce
- Chicken Supreme
- Oven roasted chicken supreme served on a bed of new crushed potatoes topped with sticky red onion marmalade and balsamic drizzle
- Trio of game
- Rabbit wrapped in parma ham, pheasant breast and a confit of duck leg, served with a potato rosti, apple compote and a natural jus
- Prime Cumbrian Fillet steak
- Char-grilled fillet steak served with sautéed flat cap mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, chunky chips and a rich creamy brandy and cracked black pepper sauce
Sweets
- Vanilla crème brulée
- Probably the best vanilla crème brulée served with a homemade brandy snap biscuit vanilla ice cream and fruit coulis
